You may be unhappy with the shape, alignment, or overall look of your teeth

Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and thought to yourself “I don’t like my smile”? You may have crooked teeth or a gummy looking smile. Dental advancements have moved forwards so much that you no longer have to be unsatisfied with the look of your smile.

You can now change the appearance of your teeth and look a lot younger. With a dental makeover, you are likely to be much more confident when you open your mouth in the company of others.

Whether you want to change the shape, color or the alignment of your teeth, there is an option which is available for you.

Rejuvenate your smile

You may want to rejuvenate your smile if you think you have any of the following

  • crooked teeth
  • missing teeth
  • misaligned teeth
  • teeth that have lost their color
  • gapped teeth
  • teeth that are too long or too short
  • gums that are too noticeable

There are many ways to make your teeth straight, fill in gaps and improve their overall appearance by changing their shape. Porcelain veneers can help to enhance their appearance and enrich your smile. You may have a noticeabletooth missing and you may have thought you can do nothing about it, but a dental implant, topped with a crown, may resolve that problem.

Another way of filling the space is through the use of a bridge which is attached to those teeth that are adjacent to a space. A crown is placed on top to replicate the missing tooth. These techniques not only help with enabling you to chew and eat with comfort, but they can improve the way you smile, too.

It could be easier than you think

Virtually anyone can be considered for smile rejuvenation, as many of the techniques are minimally invasive, such as dental veneers, bonding and bridges. We will need to conduct a smile analysis, take impressions of the teeth and then construct the materials which are fitted into place.

Dental implants may require a little bit more, as a titanium post has to be placed in the bone where the original tooth root was located. It takes time for the implant to fuse with the bone.

Once that has taken place, then an artificial tooth can be fixed to the implanted post. We will have to make sure you have sufficient bone that will accept the implant. A bone graft can be carried out to build up the bone, if there is insufficient bone there in the first place.

We can help determine if smile rejuvenation is right for you

As everyone is different, we will have to conduct a smile evaluation to determine what we can do for you. We will check the condition of your teeth, your gums and your jaw and work out a smile rejuvenation program just to suit you.
